DRIVING THROUGH THE SIERRA MADRE BETWEEN MAZATLAN AND DURANGO, MEXICO

We are currently driving in the Sierra Madre of Durango, close to the Sinaloa border in an area known as the Devil's Spine because of its 12,000 ft. The clouds you see are real and they are beneath us, that is how high we are.

As we are go back home, one cannot admire the beauty of Mexico.

It is a gorgeous country!

I have lots of time to think about life, the past, the present and the future as we drive to the city of Saltillo before we make our way north to the U.S.-Mexican border.

Tomorrow we will get back on track with chess related matters as well as world events.
